• Building lists of sales leads, then pitching to those prospects to build the company’s client list.
• Identifying new Clients at all levels from tier 3 to tier 5 IT companies.
• Able to get empanelled with Software Companies for getting their IT staffing requirements in both Permanent and Contract Staffing. • Closely coordinate with the recruitment team in getting suitable profiles and closing the positions.
• Responsible for Deliverance.
• Responsible for meeting the set targets
