Budget: 4 LPA to 6 LPA
Location: Chennai – Padi
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
• Training Centre Manager manages all operational activities of the training centre including staffing, facilities, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Develops corporate training centre strategies and initiatives that reflect the organization’s goals.
• Leadership.
• Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
• Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.
• Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Ability to build alliances and partnerships with Colleges and Companies for placing the students
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Responsible for entire P&L.
• Responsible for identifying clients for providing placements.
• Able to build students database
• Able to meet ITI and Diploma College placement offices for tie up.
