Job Description:
•Highly skilled in end to end HR Functions.
•Should have sound Knowledge about NAPS & NATS
• Should be from a staffing industry background preferably from any other NAPS TPA.
•Should be strong enough to handle client queries and internal team handling.
• Should have experience in monitoring and handling Onboarding Process and HRMS related Process Flow.
•Expertise in internal Audits and documentation.
• Strong knowledge in Payroll process for a timely and Smooth Non-Grievance
• Should be a bridge between the recruitment team, Client and Corporate team to ensure smooth transaction.
•Willing to work under Pressure.
